Link will open in new window Five sets of regulations were recently promulgated by the Ministry of Justice for the implementation of the Mainland and Hong Kong Closer Economic Partnership Arrangement (CEPA) provisions concerning trade in legal services. The regulations were adopted by the Ministry of Justice on 27 November 2003 and have come into effect on 1 January 2004.
