Controlling Officer's Environmental Report 2004

The State Judicial Examination will be held on 17 and 18 September 2005. The Ministry of Justice has just announced the application details for Hong Kong residents entering the Examination(Link will open in new windowhttp://www.legalinfo.gov.cn/moj/mojindex.htm). The Hong Kong Examination and Assessment Authority has also announced the examination arrangements in Hong Kong. The details are available at its website(Link will open in new windowhttp://www.hkeaa.edu.hk).


State Judicial Examination
To facilitate Hong Kong residents to take the State Judicial Examination, the Ministry of Justice (MOJ) has decided that examination district and centres should be set up in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region for the conduct of this examination beginning from the year 2005. The MOJ has just announced the holding of this examination on 17th and 18th September 2005 .
