Pursuant to section 98X(1) of Part 10A of the Arbitration Ordinance, the following persons were appointed on 24 August 2024 as members of an Advisory Body for a period of three years from that day to 23 August 2027:
The Advisory Body is responsible for monitoring and reviewing the operation of the provisions on third party funding of arbitration and mediation, including the implementation of the Code of Practice for Third Party Funding of Arbitration, which was published in the Gazette on 7 December 2018.
