The Department of Justice (DoJ) is committed to fostering innovation and the use of technology in the legal and dispute resolution services industry. To gain deeper insights into industry trends and needs, the DoJ is launching the “Survey of LawTech Service Providers in Hong Kong” and warmly invites participation from organisations who meet the criteria.

Purpose

This survey is intended to map the current state of Hong Kong’s legal technology and services (including generative artificial intelligence (AI) and AI-powered solutions and services), enhance industry exchange and collaboration, and provide references for future policy-making for advancing the effective use of legal technology and AI in the legal and dispute resolution services industry in Hong Kong.

Target Participants

All enterprises, startups and organisations offering LawTech products or services for the Hong Kong market may participate in this survey.

Participation Method

1. Download the form
2. Submit the completed form by email to lead@doj.gov.hk.
3. Please include the subject line: “[Your Company Name] LawTech Service Providers Survey Submission” in the email.

Submission Deadline

Please complete and submit the survey by 17 October 2025 (Friday).

Survey Results

The information obtained from the survey may be published in the form of survey results on the DoJ website and/or through other appropriate channels. Any content involving personal data will only be disclosed with the consent of the data subject.

We sincerely invite all relevant LawTech service providers to participate. Your participation is crucial to the continued advancement of legal technology in Hong Kong.
