The Secretary for Justice, Mr Rimsky Yuen, SC, attends the Panel Discussion on Hong Kong Basic Law and Civil Nomination organised by the Centre for Comparative and Public Law, Faculty of Law, the University of Hong Kong, to brief participants on the "Consultation Document on the Methods for Selecting the Chief Executive in 2017 and for Forming the Legislative Council in 2016" and to listen to their views.
