The Secretary for Justice, Mr Paul Lam, SC, and the Secretary-General of the International Institute for the Unification of Private Law, Professor Ignacio Tirado, signed a memorandum of administrative arrangements concerning the establishment of the UNIDROIT Liaison Office for the Asia-Pacific Region in the HKSAR of the People's Republic of China, at a virtual signing ceremony (March 12).
