Secretary for Justice: As the press release issued a few days ago, because I am one of the members of the cabinet, that's why I have already delegated the authority to handle this matter to the Director of Public Prosecutions. He will be handling the case in accordance with the law and also the established prosecution policies. I can ensure all of you that all these cases, whether involving government officials or people outside the government, irrespective of their status, they will be handled strictly in accordance with our established prosecution policies. There will be fair and just treatment.
