To enhance and promote Hong Kong's status as an international legal hub for legal, deal-making and dispute resolution services, the Government has allocated space in part of the West Wing of the former Central Government Offices (CGO), the former French Mission Building (FMB) and Two Exchange Square to more than 20 local, regional and international law-related organisations (LROs) for them to set up offices or provide services.

Together with the Department of Justice’s offices in the Main Wing, the East Wing and part of West Wing of the former CGO, the whole area forms an international Legal Hub at the heart of Hong Kong.

The LROs are moving into the former CGO West Wing and FMB gradually upon completion of the respective fitting-out works and the relevant procedures.
