Mr. Keith Yeung SC received his legal education at the University of Hong Kong.  He was called to the Hong Kong Bar in 1987, and has been in full practice since 1988.  In 2009 he was appointed Senior Counsel. 

He currently practises from Gary Plowman S.C. Chambers.  He has enjoyed a broad practice in both civil and criminal cases.  His main areas of practice include commercial law, commercial crimes, securities law and market misconduct.

Mr. Yeung was a practising barrister member of the Barristers Disciplinary Tribunal Panel between December 2001 and January 2003.  He was between 2006 and 2009 a member of the Inland Revenue Board of Review, and has since 2007 been a Chairman of the Appeal Tribunal (Buildings).  He has since 2003 (except 2006-2007) been a member of the Bar Council, and was between 2008 and January 2010 the Honorary Secretary and Treasurer of the Hong Kong Bar Association.  He is currently a Vice-Chairman of the Hong Kong Bar Association.
