Mr Lam is one of the founding partners of Lam Lee & Lai, a local solicitors firm established in 1991. He graduated from the University of Essex, UK and was admitted as a Solicitor of Hong Kong in 1988. He was later appointed a China-Appointed Attesting Officers by the Ministry of Justice of PRC in 2003. Mr Lam practises mainly in conveyancing and commercial law. Mr Lam has been a Council Member of the Law Society of Hong Kong since 2004 and is in charge of its Member Services Standing Committee. He was first elected a Vice President in May 2011 and was re-elected in May 2012. Mr Lam is also involved in many other private and public duties.
