Mrs Christine Koo is the principal partner of Christine M Koo & Ip, Solicitors & Notaries located in Hong Kong. Mrs Koo has over 30 years of experience gained from government and private sectors in Hong Kong and overseas. She now specializes in IPO, acquisitions and mergers, investment fund, pension fund and trust matters. She currently leads a team of lawyers to assist in company listing works in Hong Kong and overseas. Mrs Koo graduated from the Law Faculty of the University of Hong Kong, and is admitted to practice in Hong Kong, England and Australia (Victoria).
