Henry Yip obtained his CPE from Bristol University, UK and completed the Solicitors Final Examination from Guildford College of Law, UK. He was admitted as a solicitor by the Supreme Court of the UK in 1991 and by the Supreme Court of Hong Kong in 1992.

Henry is currently a partner of ONC Lawyers in the Corporate and Commercial Department.

Henry has participated and successfully assisted many enterprises, including agriculture/ horticulture and environmental protection enterprises in Mainland China, electronic manufactures in Taiwan and high precision manufacturers in Hong Kong, in their application for IPO listing on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong.
