Myles is a partner of Deacons, and the chief representative of Deacons Shanghai Representative Office. Myles’ practice focuses on Sino-Hong Kong and Sino-foreign cross-border investments projects including merger, acquisition as well as establishment of companies and enterprises. He advises clients on cross-border projects on different sections and industries including financial industry, pharmaceutical industry, car dealership, real estate development, manufacturing, import and export trading, wholesale and retail and internet-related business. Myles also has solid experience in advising borrowers as well as banks, financial institutions, institutional investors and funds on secured and unsecured lending in relation to projects in Hong Kong and the PRC.
