Mr Henry Wai was admitted as a Solicitor of Hong Kong in 1988, four years after he had obtained his LL.B. degree at the London School of Economics and Political Science, University of London. Mr Wai has also obtained a Post Graduate Diploma on Construction Claims and Arbitration (with Distinction) in 2003.

Mr Wai is a member of the Greater China Legal Affairs Committee under the Law Society of Hong Kong. He actively promotes the use of arbitration in solving cross-border disputes between cooperates. Besides, he has extensive experience in different areas of commercial and corporate litigation, including shareholders/partnership disputes, disputes between joint venture parties, claims for breach of trust/fiduciary duties, derivative actions, unfairly prejudicial conduct.
