Mr Paul Lo is an associate in China practice department of P.C. Woo & Co. Mr Lo has extensive experience in PRC-related merger and acquisition transactions such as sale and purchase of companies holding lands and properties and holding substantial business in China. He also involves in private equity deals from both offshore and onshore funds to invest in China enterprises or offshore enterprises including devise and implement corporate restructuring, advise in relevant tax issues, advise in relationship between the original shareholders and new investors etc. Mr Lo also involves in corporate restructuring of PRC enterprises before their respective initial public offering exercises.

Before working in P.C. Woo & Co., Mr Lo had experience in working in the Beijing headquarter of a multinational company specialized in electricity grid.
