José Ricardo Feris serves as ICC International Court of Arbitration Deputy Secretary General and Co-Chair of ICC Young Arbitrators Forum. He holds an LL.B. (Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra, Dominican Republic) and an LL.M. (New York University). He has previously served at the International Court of Justice as law clerk, has worked for the Legal Advisor to the President of the Dominican Republic.
