Mr Stephen Hung has been a member of the Council of the Law Society of Hong Kong since 2003.

He was elected Vice President on 24 May 2012 and President on 19 August 2014. Mr Hung has served in numerous Law Society committees including the Standing Committee on Compliance, the Standing Committee on External Affairs, the Criminal Law and Procedure Committee and the Legal Education Committee.

As a representative of the Law Society of Hong Kong, Mr Hung also serves on various government boards and committees including the Duty Lawyer Service Council, and the Higher Rights Assessment Board.

Mr Hung was admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong in 1995. He is currently a Partner of Pang, Wan, & Choi.
