Secretary for Justice outlines new trends in handling cross-border commercial disputes

The Secretary for Justice, Ms Teresa Cheng, SC, today (May 16) speaks at the Seminar on the Trend of Cross-border Commercial Dispute Resolution and the Belt and Road Initiative. The seminar, organised by the Department of Justice and co-organised by the Hong Kong Mediation Centre and the Mainland-Hong Kong Joint Mediation Center, was a major event of Mediation Week 2018.
