DSJ speaks at the inauguration ceremony of the 28th board of staff of the Chin Woo Athletic Association of Hong Kong

Deputy Secretary for Justice, Mr Horace Cheung, today (November 13) speaks at the inauguration ceremony of the 28th board of staff of the Chin Woo Athletic Association of Hong Kong and the prize presentation ceremony of the martial arts competition held in celebration for the 100th anniversary of the Association.
