The IP Training Programme Series, organised by the Intellectual Property Department, aims to enhance the manpower capacity of businesses, particularly small and medium enterprises (SMEs), in adopting effective IP management within their overall business strategies and practices. The programme covers topics such as mediation and arbitration for IP disputes in Hong Kong.
The Department of Justice (“DoJ”) has from time to time sent representatives to promote the “Mediate First” Pledge and DoJ’s policy initiatives in these training sessions.
